Awesome

This is awesome, but it's not exactly goa. It's closer to psytrance. Actually, I'd call it Hard (Acid) Trance.
The tempo is a little too fast. Make it 130-142 next time.
There should've been a lot more tone difference, like some synths very high, and some very deep.
The bass should've been louder. The kick more.. Pitched. I can send you a psykick if you want one. The hi-hat is a little too dominating.
The synths you use are awesome, and the effects are good.
7/10. Keep making music.

Not too good.

This needs a lot of improvement. I don't even know what genre to categorize it under. Half synth pop, half... something. I don't know how much music you've made in your life, but this, is not very good.
It's out of tone, the synths are a bit crappy. What's up with the drums? They suddenly just change?
The track is poorely mastered (not that I'm very good at that myself).
The whole thing is very repetitive. A little too much for me.

You'll have to practice some more. Good luck.
