This is better than your other "goa" track.
This is psy trance. On a high level.
Needs some mastering thou. And the bass, again, should've been more dominating.
And hi-hat is too loud.
Nicely mixed. Good transitions. Builds nicely.

This is awesome, but it's not exactly goa. It's closer to psytrance. Actually, I'd call it Hard (Acid) Trance.
The tempo is a little too fast. Make it 130-142 next time.
There should've been a lot more tone difference, like some synths very high, and some very deep.
The bass should've been louder. The kick more.. Pitched. I can send you a psykick if you want one. The hi-hat is a little too dominating.
The synths you use are awesome, and the effects are good.
7/10. Keep making music.

The guitar, as RealFaction said, is pure crap.
The kick, no, the drums are weak, and they sound WAY too electronic.
The piano is nice, but it sounds a little... Uhm. Noisy? I think that's the word.

6/10, because you put a lot of effort into it, and because of the nice mixing.
